why is it that every race car has to have shitty multi colour paint scheme's. Paint the thing one flat colour, such as bright white or matt black.

PS. I like this thing so Im not bagging the car just dont fuck it up with a gayer then aids colour scheme.

Its already that colour, in person its gnarly.

Modified the back plate on the diff to hold a bit more oil and incorporate a breather. I also pulled the diff down to make sure all is good which it was.

I'll have to sort out the fuel cell location so I can see what will fit. It's behind the diff at the moment, not sure where it will end up.

Orange is a colour that photographs really well. Paul Morris' old Sirromet Commodore with orange bonnet used to come out really nicely, even for matt black. Hossack's silver and red Audi also looks hot in photos.

Sorry couldn't find any interior photos.

The navigators seat mounts are usually mounted to the floor where reinforing plates are welded in, the seat is then mounted as low as possible (and far back) - I'll see if I can get some this week.

How about these color schemes

Having seen a few rally excels, they bolt them to the floor (sidemount setup) behind the cross bar.

dam, I was just at a friends house working on his Excel rally car and it has a really good example of a low and rearward mounted seat. And I had left the camera at home.

Had some perspex windows made for the rear side windows, very happy with the shape and quality. (wouldn't mind laying some tint on them, is it possible?)
Also am one step close to getting the front half of the front flair right. Its very hard to get the right looking shape and also take aero into advantage. Problem is the front of the wheel is very close to the indicator. I could easily make a flat front to the flair ie 90 degrees to the ground but i only will have 2 litres pushing it so i want the front to be as pointy as possible.
